Dairy, Wheat & Gluten Free Recipes
I thought it would be a great idea to share some recipes with you that I have tweaked so they are free from Dairy, Wheat & Gluten and contain Billy Goat Stuff's Chocolate Buttons.
We all love a pudding so I have started you off with Billy Goat Stuff Chocolate Brownies.

Billy Goats Chocolate Brownies
I normally cut this brownie into 12 nice bite size pieces
6"x8" baking tin lined with greaseproof paper.
Pre heat oven to: 180ºc/Fan Oven160ºc/350º f/Gas Mark 4
Ingredients
150g (6oz) Billy Goat Stuff plain chocolate buttons
100g (4oz) gluten & wheat free self raising flour
100g (4oz) dairy free spread or Goats' butter
3 eggs
200g (8oz) sugar
Firstly place the butter or spread into a saucepan with the chocolate buttons and turn the heat down low and gently melt the ingredients. Keep an eye on this as you do not want it to burn - give ingredients a stir every now and then.
While the butter and chocolate are melting, place your eggs into a mixing bowl and thoroughly beat the eggs together. Then add the sugar and flour to the eggs and give everything another good stir. (I find this mixture very easy to mix by hand rather than using an electric food processor).
Once the chocolate and butter have melted add this to your egg mixture in your bowl and give everything a final good mix.
Gently pour into your lined baking tin and put into a pre-heated oven for 30-35 minutes.
If using a fan assisted oven I find this recipe ready within 30 minutes.
Once the brownies are ready - remove and turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
